Prices

The prices are per accommodation unit and day. The amount does not include the daily local tax of € 2 per person (after the 12th year of life) and the final cleaning of € 40

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation – sounds annoying, is annoying. For all of us! It’s a real pity if apartments stay empty although others would love to occupy them. On the other hand: unexpected events can always happen. Our plea: inform us as soon as possible. We try to be tolerant and find new guests, otherwise the following cancellation conditions apply.

… 3 months prior arrival: for free.
… from 90 to 30 days prior arrival: we charge for 3 days.
… from 30 to 7 days prior arrival: we bill you 70% of the total amount.
… less than 7 days prior arrival: we charge you for 80% of the total amount.
